The Rune HR story
In 2023, after years spent in software engineering, Jacopo, our founder, swapped it for the world of recruitment. He wanted to make a difference to the way hiring is done.
Our name comes from the Old Norse word rún, meaning 'secret'. Most applicant tracking systems don't understand how external recruiters work, so Jacopo decided to build recruitment software that does. He believes Rune HR has the secret to recruitment. Watch this space.
